Residential HousingThe State Health Department has mandated the sizing of residential property based upon the number of bedrooms and the square footage. For these systems we have standard pricing guidelines. The cost of a residential system can however vary with soil conditions. Sometimes in very bad soils their removal and filling with good sand can cost as much as the septic systems. Prior to, or during, the application for a home loan, consult with us for, plot plans, perk holes, soil analysis, permitting procedures, and cost estimating. It could save you heartaches down the road.
Commercial SystemsWe have installed the largest and possibly the most complex systems in Brevard County and Kennedy Space Center. There can be many pitfalls in designing and placing commercial systems. We can however, help you get through those tough spots. If any variances are required we can do the design, submittal, and permitting paperwork required, and represent you at the board meeting if necessary.
